Please note: Expected delivery dates are according to the tracking information provided by the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service. Once a package leaves us, we have no control over any delays in transit and cannot guarantee a specific date. If you would like any higher shipping service (i.e. USPS Priority Express, UPS Next Day, etc.) please email or message us so we can best help you!
We are happy to offer you a flat rate standard shipping cost of $4.00 on orders within the U.S! All orders will be shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground (depending on an item's weight). If you would like to upgrade your package or choose a different, guaranteed service, you may select that option at checkout for an additional fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
We strive to ship our orders FAST! Usually your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days (sometimes even same day depending on our pickup schedule)! All packages will include a tracking number that will be sent via email or text (depending on the form of contact you provide at checkout). If you do not receive a shipment notification with the tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us. Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you do happen to have an issue with your package, please contact the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service immediately.
USPS First Class Mail typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive depending on where you live. We are located in Davenport, FL as a reference of where it is coming from. While we do our best to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days, there may be some instances where a delay can occur. If there is a shipping delay on our end due to an emergency or being out of town, we will make note of it on our website and our social media pages.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package is shipped. The shipping times shown on your tracking information may not be guaranteed by USPS or UPS. If your item is delayed, please contact the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service directly.
Please check to make sure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once your order is placed, an address may not be able to be changed. If you do need to change your address, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to see if we can make the change. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If an item is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, we will try to make contact with you and have to charge an additional shipping fee of $5 to have the item sent back. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days of receiving the item, we will issue you a refund in the amount of your order minus shipping costs.
